What is Speedwork Training?
Speedwork is a professional coaching service dedicated to sprint mechanics, acceleration, and maximum velocity development. Through structured sessions in a competitive, supportive, and low-anxiety environment, we optimize technique and movement quality to translate raw strength and power directly into game speed.

You can explore how our approach applies to your specific performance or recovery goals on our Running and Reconditioning pages.

The Problem
Your gym sessions are not transferring to speed on the field, or you are struggling with recurring non-contact injuries. These setbacks and underperformances affect your confidence, and something needs to change.
Our Solution

We teach you a proper warmup, improve your acceleration and max velocity technique, and build capacity around your mechanical profile and the specific distances of your sport for direct transfer to game performance.

Our weekly groups

Technical refinement to improve your running economy, fatigue resistance, and overall stride efficiency. Our goal is to increase your speed skills without compromising your endurance capacity.

Why work with us
Holding a BSc and MSc in Sports Science specializing in sports coaching and performance optimization, I have deep insight into the physiological and biomechanical demands of running-based field and court sports, as well as the expertise to develop the physical and mental skills needed for performance and injury rehabilitation.
As a licensed professional athletics coach specializing in sprinting and distance running, my academic research focused directly on hamstring injury reduction in sprinters (undegraduate) and role of sprint-related factors in elite rugby tackle evasion (masters). Drawing on extensive experience in team-sport reathletisation—particularly my time learning within Stade Toulousain Rugby—I aim to bring that exact same high-standard service to teams and individual clients, not only reducing injury risk but helping athletes exceed their pre-injury performance.
To ensure a seamless return to play, I work directly with team coaches and physiotherapists in both individual and group settings.
