Our client onboarding process

Initial contact

​

  • The client may reach out to the us through our website, social media, or word-of-mouth.

  • We respond promptly to acknowledge the inquiry and express enthusiasm for potential collaboration. 

  • We schedule a discovery call or meeting with the client to understand their needs, goals, challenges, and expectations. 

  • We will send the client Pre-activity screening and health appraisal questionnaire to complete prior to our meeting.

Discovery Call

​

  • The discovery call is a 30-60 minute conversation between the coach and the client.

  • During the call, we discuss our coaching approach, qualifications, program details, fees and the value the client can expect to receive.

  • We will ask the client questions about their goals, challenges, and what they hope to achieve through coaching. Finally, we assess and interpret responses from your medical questionnaires.

  • The client has an opportunity to ask us questions and assess if our expertise aligns with their requirements.

Proposal

​

  • Before offering a contract, we may obtain any necessary medical clearance, discuss terms and conditions, and ensure safety aspects are addressed.

  • If the client decide to work together, we will send the client a proposal.

  • This proposal outlines the coaching program's specifics, including objectives, duration, frequency, session formats, fees, and the terms of the agreement.

  • The client will have the opportunity to review the proposal and ask any questions before signing it.

Contract and Agreement

​

  • If the proposal is signed, we will enter into a contract and agreement that outlines the terms and conditions of the coaching program. 

  • The contract includes details such as duration, payment terms, confidentiality, cancellation policy, and any other relevant terms both parties agree upon. 

  • If you choose in-person training, we will assist you with registration at the training facility (membership cost not included and may vary).

Initiation

​

  • Once the contract is signed and any necessary payments are made, the coaching program officially commences. 

  • We will schedule an onboarding session to set clear expectations, establish coaching objectives, and define the coaching process. 

  • Regular coaching sessions take place as per the agreed schedule. 

  • We will provide ongoing support, guidance, and necessary resources to the client throughout the program.
